STUCK ON A WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAU?

Try these 3 simple things:

  • Change your breakfast.
    If you are like most people, you may be stuck in a rut eating the same things every day. This may lead to boredom, making you feel unsatisfied and resulting in the desire to eat more at some point during the day.

  • Get back to journaling.
    Remember how well this worked for you when you first started your nutrition program.

  • Avoid artificial sweeteners.
    If these have gradually found their way back into your diet, try cutting them out. My experience suggests that this is one quick way to get off a stubborn plateau. This may be because the taste of sweet perpetuates the need to eat more.
